Shipping

Estimated time of arrival (handling + shipping):

• UK buyers – up to 7 working days.
• European buyers – up to 10 working days.
• International buyers – up to 10 working days.

Handling time:
Our items are purchased and stored in different locations around the world. We will ship the ones stored outside EU borders in two stages: firstly to our logistical facility in the UK, and then to you. This process saves you from all dealings with customs, taxes etc. However, this procedure may take slightly longer due to the prolonged handling time of your order.

In any case, our handling time will be up to 7 working days.

shipping time:

• UK buyers – items will be shipped from our Kettering warehouse, using 1st class Royal Mail or DPD services. Actual shipping time up to 3 working days.
• European buyers – items will be shipped with Parcel Force, DPD or a similar courier. Shipping time for these items should be up to 7 working days.

• All other buyers: Items will be shipped from our Kettering warehouse on the next working day after payment has been completed using Airmail without a tracking number. It usually takes up to 14 working days however this can vary according to the local postal services
