Estimated time of arrival (handling + shipping):

• UK buyers – up to 10 working days.
• European buyers – up to 14 working days.
• International buyers – up to 14 working days.

Handling time:

Our items are purchased and stored in different locations around the world. We will ship the ones stored outside EU borders in two stages: firstly to our logistical facility in the UK, and then to you. This process saves you from all dealings with customs, taxes etc. However, this procedure may take slightly longer due to the prolonged handling time of your order.

Dispatch time:

• UK buyers – items will be shipped from our Leicester warehouse, using 1st class Royal Mail services. Actual shipping time should be up to 3 working days.
• European buyers – items will be shipped with Parcel Force, DPD or a similar courier. Shipping time for these items should be up to 7 working days.
• International buyers - items will be shipped with Parcel Force, DPD or a similar courier. Shipping time for these items should usually be up to 7 working days. Some of these items will be sent directly from their original location, thus shortening the total shipping time.

Returns

Returns are accepted for a store credit or a money refund for the goods only (your choice) up to 7 days after the item has been received. In cases when the return is a result of an error made on our part (and only in those cases), we will refund not only the item's price, but also the full shipping costs. Please contact us by email to request an RA # (Return Authorization Number). Be sure to note your eBay item number in your email.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received (i.e. Unworn, unused). You will need to carefully save all the original tags, packaging, documentation and paperwork that came with the item. Items must be returned to the same address from which they were sent.
